THE SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION

Confirmation (Sacrament) takes place every two years. Candidates from age 12+ and in years 8 and 9 (or higher years) at secondary school are asked to apply for Confirmation when they feel ready. A team of catechists conducts a course leading up to the celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation. Classes are held in the parish hall from 1830 to 1930 on Friday evenings. Confirmation 2009 

Confirmation classes commence in September and will be held on Friday evenings from 7.30 - 8.15pm. There will be a meeting for parents on Friday 18 September and classes start the following Friday 25 September and will be held every Friday, except for half term (23 and 30 October), up to and including a rehearsal on Friday 20 November. The Confirmation Mass is on Wednesday 25 November at 7.30pm
